Hi I am Allison! I am a trainer with ElderFIT. I am dedicated to helping older adults improve their strength and overall quality of life! I have a passion for fitness and have a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science giving me a strong foundation in exercise prescription. I am also a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing who works with the elder population. I combine clinical knowledge and exercise expertise to provide a safe, positive and active environment. Show less
