Hi, I’m Anna! I bring over 20 years of experience as a fitness professional. Throughout my career as a fitness educator, master trainer, instructor, entrepreneur, and director, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and abilities. I am a personal trainer for older adults—many of whom are navigating joint pain or joint replacements, cardiovascular or pulmonary disease, metabolic conditions, and even neurological disorders. My goal is to design simple, effective, and functional exercises that improve strength, mobility, confidence, and overall quality of life as we age. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, which has equipped me to safely and effectively create exercise programs for both healthy individuals and those managing chronic conditions. I am confident that our work together will help you move well, feel strong, and age gracefully to the best of your ability. I hold certifications in Exercise Physiology, Corrective Exercise, Functional Training, Nutrition Coaching, Group Exercise, and CPR/First Aid, all of which equip me to better support and improve your health, safety, and overall fitness experience.
