With over four years of experience in personal training, I specialize in helping seniors improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being through safe, effective, and personalized fitness programs. My approach focuses on functional movement, flexibility, and balance to enhance everyday activities, prevent injuries, and promote long-term health. I have had the privilege of training over 150 clients, many of whom were between the ages of 45 and 80. I understand the unique challenges that come with aging, including joint health, muscle loss, and medical conditions, and I tailor each workout to fit my clients’ individual needs. Whether your goal is to increase strength, improve mobility, manage weight, or simply stay active and independent, I will guide you every step of the way with customized programs designed just for you. In addition to my personal training certification, I am also a certified nutrition specialist, CPR/AED certified, and highly experienced in using body composition analysis to track progress. My supportive and encouraging coaching style ensures that you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered throughout your fitness journey.
