Gil is an Exercise Physiologist and Longevity Strategist dedicated to helping every individual, regardless of age, achieve "ever-ready" physical resilience to meet life’s demands. Gill has his MS, MBA/MHA, CSCS and is The Essential Trainer for Longevity and Physical Resilience. His specialized approach to training the elderly is informed by a unique background in high-stakes clinical and operational fields. Gil gained proven clinical experience by developing exercise plans for medically compromised patients in the Medical ICUs at Baylor/St. Luke's Medical Center. Since 2021, he has applied clinical rigor to precision assessment and long-term outcomes at the Liver Transplant Program, implementing hospital-wide methods and virtual pre-habilitation programs to improve patient longevity. Furthermore, his expertise in high-stakes physical readiness, derived from research for first responders and prescribing injury-prevention exercise for OR staff, ensures the application of highly precise training methods. Gil’s ultimate goal is to translate this specialized expertise into practical strategies that maximize independence and quality of life for older adults.
