I’ve spent over 25 years helping people of all ages stay active, but I have a special passion for working with seniors. My focus is on keeping you strong, steady, and independent through safe, personalized programs that improve balance, mobility, and flexibility. I understand the challenges that come with aging, and I take pride in creating workouts that are gentle, effective, and tailored to your needs—so you can move with more confidence and reduce the risk of injury. My background as a collegiate athlete, combined with advanced training in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, allows me to design programs that are both science-based and practical for everyday living. Whether you want more energy for daily activities, recovery support after an injury, keep up with the grandkids, or just feel stronger day to day, I’ll be there to guide you step by step with patience, a good dose of motivation, and support you every step of the way.
