As a NASM-certified personal trainer with over three years of experience, I’m passionate about helping people of all backgrounds and fitness levels feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in their bodies. What I love most about training is that it’s a two-way street — while I teach my clients about movement, strength, and wellness, I also get the privilege of learning about their lives, goals, and experiences. My ultimate goal is to help clients build a long-term relationship with fitness — one that fits into their lifestyle and evolves with them. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve mobility, lose fat, or just shake up your routine, I’m here to guide and support you. You don’t have to love fitness the way I do, but I hope to help you recognize its value and make it a consistent part of your life. While I enjoy working with all types of clients, I’ve found a special passion for training seniors. Helping older adults build strength, improve mobility, and prevent chronic conditions is deeply rewarding, and I love being part of that journey toward aging well and staying active. Show less
