I’m passionate about helping women gain independence, freedom, and confidence through movement. With over four years of teaching Pilates and a year of personal training experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how the body moves and how to adapt exercise to meet each woman’s unique needs—particularly during the aging process. My background in exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition allows me to create personalized fitness plans that support strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. I’ve worked with women of all ages and abilities, and I’m especially passionate about helping older women feel strong, empowered, and capable in their everyday lives. I love exercise for its ability to connect the mind and body, and I use it as a tool to not only improve physical health, but also to foster mental clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of well-being.
