I'm a faith-led personal trainer and nutrition coach dedicated to helping elders and mature adults maintain strength, vitality, and independence. I specialize in designing safe, effective workouts and nutrition plans that honor your body and support your wellbeing at every stage of life. I believe fitness is more than exercise — it's a way to serve, strengthen, and honor the body God gave you. My coaching focuses on: • Building functional strength for daily living • Improving balance, mobility, and posture • Supporting healthy digestion and nutrition with real, wholesome foods • Encouraging mental clarity, confidence, and spiritual well-being Whether at home or in a gym setting, I walk alongside you to help you move better, eat smarter, and live healthier — all while embracing a faith-based, supportive approach.
