Biography Hi there! I'm a certified personal trainer & certified nutrition coach with a passion for helping seniors stay strong, mobile & independent. Aging comes with challenges like osteoporosis, muscle loss, joint pain & chronic medical conditions. However, with proper movement & nutrition, we can fight back. I can help you regain strength, balance & mobility. I also help seniors continue their exercises once physical therapy ends following a surgery such as hip or knee replacement. My goal is to help each client feel better in their body, improve confidence & enjoy daily life with less pain & more energy. I believe fitness, mindful living & faith-based care work together to promote true wellness. It's never too late to start moving again.
