Hi! My expertise is based on academic education combined with 17 years of experience as coach. I specialize in Seniors Wellness. Strength training sessions designed to prevent injuries, and osteoporosis to enhance quality of life. No shortcuts -> no injuries -> no relapses. I used to be a tennis player and I started my carrier as coach in country clubs. My clientele has always been over 50 years old, dealing with chronic pain and injuries. I genuinely love my job, that is why I always give my best to my clients. I am fueled by sincere enthusiasm for this profession. My motto: live better, not just longer.
