I am deeply passionate about helping my elders to live a healthier, stronger and more fulfilling lives. My journey has been shaped by years of experience as a personal trainer, nutritionist, caregiver and also a life enrichment coordinator. through each role, I've developed a heart for serving elders with compassion, patience, and purpose. As a personal trainer and nutritionist, I focus on creating safe, effective, and personalized fitness and wellness plans that meet elders where they are... honoring their abilities while helping them build strength, mobility, and confidence. I believe that it's never too late to improve your health, and I strive to make fitness both accessible and empowering. My experience as a caregiver and life enrichment coordinator has given me a deeper understanding of emotional, cognitive, and social needs of elders, especially those living with memory challenges. I've had the privilege of designing meaningful activities, fostering connection, and bringing joy into everyday moments... reminding each individual that they are seen, valued, and capable. I don't just teach fitness.. I walk alongside of my clients in their journey, encouraging them to embrace a lifestyle of wellness, dignity, and purpose.
