For over almost 2 decades, I’ve helped people of all ages move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies — but my passion lies in helping seniors restore functional movement and overcome the aches, stiffness, and imbalances that limit daily life. As a NASM-certified personal trainer, Motion Stretch practitioner, and Landmine University coach, I specialize in creating individualized programs that rebuild balance, mobility, and strength through safe, progressive movement. My sessions focus on teaching the body to move the way it was designed to move — bending, reaching, twisting, lifting — with stability and control. Clients often come to me after struggling with joint pain, poor posture, or loss of strength from inactivity. Together, we identify compensations, improve movement mechanics, and re-train proper patterns so you can walk, climb stairs, garden, or play with your grandkids without fear of pain or fatigue. I’m also the creator of the BAMF Hammer, a patented training tool that merges functional strength and mobility work in a fun, engaging way. It’s become a staple in my sessions because it allows for real-world, low-impact strength building that adapts to every ability level — from active adults to those rebuilding confidence after injury. You might also recognize me from American Ninja Warrior, where I reached the finals competing against some of the best athletes in the country. That experience shaped how I coach today: with patience, motivation, and an unshakable belief that every person — no matter their age or background — can get stronger, move better, and feel capable again. Above all, I build trust. I take a hands-on, encouraging approach, explaining each exercise’s “why” so clients feel safe and empowered every step of the way.
