Currently, I am working in a Rehabilitation Occupational, Physical and Hand Therapy Centre in New York as an Exercise Assistant. I also have a background in gym training, community yoga, and physiotherapy support. I have developed a strong understanding of the unique fitness needs of older adults. Working closely with seniors in both fitness and rehabilitation settings has shown me how essential strength, balance, mobility, and safe movement are for maintaining independence and quality of life. These experiences led me to become a ISSA and FISAF-certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nepali Yoga Trainer, with a continued commitment to learning through the NASM Women’s Fitness Specialization. I am experienced in senior fitness, focusing on balance and fall prevention, gentle strength training, mobility, flexibility, and home-based exercise. I have hands-on experience assisting older adults with joint stiffness, balance challenges, postural issues, and limited mobility, always following safe, guided approaches. I take pride in meeting clients where they are and helping them progress with confidence.
