NSCA-certified personal trainer with a passion for helping seniors maintain strength, mobility, and independence. My training philosophy centers on range of motion improvement, muscle development, and joint-protective exercises—essential for aging bodies. I have hands-on experience working with clients in their 60s and 70s, as well as individuals with disabilities and varying mobility levels, including adaptive training for special needs. This has taught me patience, creativity, and the importance of meeting each client exactly where they are in their fitness journey. I specialize in creating safe, effective programs that reduce wear and tear on joints while building the functional strength seniors need for daily activities. Whether it's improving balance to prevent falls, increasing flexibility for easier movement, or building confidence through achievable goals, I focus on sustainable progress that enhances quality of life.
