I’m a certified NASM personal trainer and nutrition coach, yoga instructor, and swim instructor with over nine years of experience supporting people of all ages and abilities through mindful, accessible movement. My approach blends strength training, flexibility, balance work, and recovery to help older adults stay strong, mobile, and pain-free in their daily lives. I’ve taught in diverse settings—from studios and gyms to retreat centers, schools, and community spaces—and hold over 500 hours of yoga training in styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and trauma-informed mindfulness. Whether we’re working on posture, joint stability, or simply moving with more ease and confidence, my goal is to create a supportive, inclusive space where each client feels empowered, seen, and capable.
