I'm a skilled personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 10 years of experience in developing personalized fitness programs and working one on one with a diverse group of individuals. I have a passion for working with people and helping them improve their overall lifestyle. I also have experience in injury prevention and adapting workouts for a variety of limitations. Some of my classes that I've instructed include silver sneakers and senior based group classes to help improve mobility and balance.
