I am a passionate and proven PROFESSIONAL TRAINER (C.Ex & Rehab) and CERTIFIED COACH (Wellness-Behavior) serving motivated senior adult clients via safe and effective programs that deliver improved joint mobility, stability, functional strength, and mental confidence outcomes...! Specifically, I specialize in corrective and post-rehabilitation training solutions designed to improve orthopedic health, functional movement, and everyday life performance. My background allows me to expertly deliver transferable, real-world movements (ADLs) and assistance with medically-issued re-hab/recovery programs that result in overall greater quality-of-life outcomes.
