Hi, I’m Noe. I specialize in helping older adults build strength, move better, and feel more confident through safe, functional training and sustainable habits. My goal is to make fitness approachable, supportive, and something you can enjoy—no matter your starting point. With years of experience working in functional training and rehab-based settings, I focus on helping you stay strong, independent, and confident in your everyday life. Outside the gym, I’m a big foodie and traveler, so I believe your training should support you in enjoying great food, exploring new places, and making the most out of life. Show less
