Ryan is a NASM-certified personal trainer and graduate from SDSU with a Kinesiology degree, and currently getting his masters at Point Loma as a M.S. Kinesiology emphasis. He now specializes in helping seniors stay strong, mobile and independent. Drawing on his athletic background and education, he designs safe, encouraging workouts that improve balance, build muscle and bone density, and boost overall confidence. He truly enjoys his role as a personal trainer for seniors in San Diego, and always takes a slow, careful approach to helping older adults move better, feel stronger, and maintain independence for years to come.
