I work with seniors because I believe your strength and independence matter. I've seen what happens when people stop training — they lose mobility, they get injured easier, they become dependent on others. That's not aging. That's giving up. And it doesn't have to happen to you. Here's how I work: I start with a physical assessment to understand your body, your readiness, and any medical conditions you have. Then I design a program built just for you — not a generic workout, but something that fits where you are right now. I'm a corrective exercise and weight loss specialist. I started my fitness journey as a fitness trainer in 2018, and I've coached adults 40+ with different pain, injuries, and conditions. My approach is phased. We progress based on your work and your body's response to each phase. We celebrate each win and move to the next level together. I know this works because I've lived it. I'm in my 50s, and after 18+ years in a desk job, I had multiple issues — my back and knee were referred for surgery. I refused. Instead, I healed myself through the right training, nutrition choices, and a healthier lifestyle. I regained my strength. I don't want that pain for anyone else.
