"James and I have been training twice weekly for 2 1/2 months. I'm 76 and when we stared 7 months out from heart surgery. My goals were to increase stamina and improve strength and function much of which I had lost related to my heart. There has been great progress on all counts. James has been mindful of where I was, challenging me, but recognizing that overdoing it would be a negative incentive to progress. He has a great sense of humor, has a comprehensive knowledge of techniques to challenge every fallow muscle group, and not have caused me to resent it."

"James has been my trainer for about a month coming to the house twice weekly. He is a good listener and an interesting coversationalist. We started slow accomodating and planning specific exercises for a nerve injury I have and regularly checking my exercise tolerance given my recent heart surgery. That he has an exercise phisiology degree is obvious in how he explains and targets specific muscles. AFter the hour I feel I've had a good overall workout without being overly taxed."
