Hi there! I’m Zulma—a Certified Personal Trainer with a background in behavioral psychology and mental health. I specialize in helping seniors build strength, balance, and confidence through safe, personalized movement. I have expertise in yoga, pilates, TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, and calisthenics. My approach combines physical fitness with mindfulness and motivation, supporting both body and mind. I currently work with many older adults and design sessions that are enjoyable, encouraging, and focused on your individual goals—whether that’s improving balance, increasing energy, or simply staying active and independent.
